From Downtown Jacksonville
• Take I-95 South to Jacksonville; go over the Fuller Warren Bridge to Butler Blvd. (202 East).
• Take Butler Blvd. to Belfort Road exit, and make a left onto Belfort Road.
• Take Belfort Road to Southpoint Parkway (approx. 1⁄4 mile) (St. Luke’s Hospital will be on the right).
• Turn left on Southpoint Parkway.
• Drive approximately 1 mile until you reach the traffic 1st light which is  Salisbury Road.
• Turn left on Salisbury Road and go approximately 3/10 mile.
• We are located on the right in a white stucco building with blue trim called Salisbury Lakes.
• Enter the main entrance,  take elevator to 2nd floor.  Turn left and our office is directly in front of you.
